Based on a 300 MW heating unit, designs an industrial steam extraction optimization. Through the comparison analysis, the cold reheat steam extraction is better than heat reheat steam extraction and original industrial steam extraction at the low load. After optimization by cold reheat steam extraction, the throttle loss is avoided, 13 500 tons of standard coal can be saved each year and 7.28 million yuan of heating benefit can be increased, with obvious technical innovation effects. The temperature of boiler reheater can be controlled by cooling water temperature, avoiding the overheating phenomenon. And through the industrial steam extraction test, the maximum extraction steam rate can be confirmed under given load condition, which is helpful to stable operating of the unit under the safe steam extraction condition.
